Before we collect we ask you for some basic information and a time is negotiated over the phone for the carrier to come and collect the furniture. We cannot be precise about time but can give you a morning or afternoon slot.  The drivers will go through some paperwork with you.  They have discretion over what is suitable for re-sale and will let you know if we are unable to accept any of your furniture. Their decisions are simply based on their experience of what items do not move, as space is limited at the warehouse.
Please do consider filling in a Gift Aid form.  The drivers will have them to hand and this helps us raise much needed funds.
